I’ve been stuck in this rut for far too long. Its fucking with me and actually starting to pull down on my family. My parents see it, my girl sees is and my friends feel that im not the same dude. I have no clue how to escape this, i cant shake it. I cant sleep at night because of it and im losing my appetite anytime i think about it when i wanna eat. I want nothing but the best for everyone around be but how can i be the best for them if i cant even make myself better? I feel useless to everyone around me.
I just want peace. -
